After 25 years as an agent working within prime central London, Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire I founded Simon English Property Search in 2009 with a view to offering a tailor made service exclusively for buyers. Year on year, over 50% of those properties that i have sourced and acquired for clients have been 'off market' at the point my clients initially were aware of it. The life of a buying agent is not only a passion but also a 'lifesyle' and many of the opportunities i come across are a result of the decades of contacts and friends both within and outside the industry.

Born and bred in Norfolk, I have an exceptional knowledge of East Anglia and a deep understanding of the region’s property market. With around 20 years’ experience in the property buying sector, I spent time at Bidwells in Norwich, where I helped develop and strengthen the property buyers arm before founding Jamieson Property Search. I now work with clients purchasing property from £850k to £10m, providing a discreet, highly personal service tailored to their requirements.

With extensive experience in the residential property market, Sam helps buyers and tenants secure exceptional homes both on and off market. Jen Butcher is the co-founder of Property Potential, covering Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. Since 2013, she has helped families, downsizers and international clients secure exceptional homes, many of them before they reach the open market. Having lived in Surrey for many years, Jen has built a trusted network of estate agents and property professionals, giving her clients access to opportunities and insight that are rarely available to the wider market. Known for her approachable manner, attention to detail and honest advice, Jen is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

I am a self-employed Buying Agent and have been actively working in the Scottish property market since 2002. After I graduated from Oxford University, I worked for a number of years in large retail firms such as Next and Mothercare, purchasing in Europe and the Far East, setting up new areas of business and gaining consultancy experience. I also had my own retail business before moving to Scotland where my estate agency experience in a legal firm encouraged me to become a Buying Agent.

My property career began in London in 1999 before relocating to the Cotswolds. After working with leading firms including Knight Frank I moved to an independent buying agency in 2010 representing purchasers exclusively. In 2018, I established my ow buying agency. With nearly 30 years of property experience, I combine local knowledge, trusted contacts and strong negotiation skills to help clients find and secure exceptional homes across the Cotswolds. I am proud to have built lasting relationships with clients and property professionals alike many of whom I still work with today.
